What FindMyVet is

FindMyVet is a platform that connects pet owners and stray animal caretakers with vets for booking appointments. It is operated by [COMPANY NAME].

FindMyVet does not provide veterinary services. Examination, diagnosis and treatment are solely the responsibility of the vet.

Your account

You provide accurate details and keep your password safe. You need to confirm your email before you can book.

Appointments and cancellations

• An appointment is valid once it shows as "Confirmed". Some vets approve bookings manually.
• If you can't make it, cancel from "My appointments" as early as possible so the time is freed up.
• Repeated no-shows without cancelling may lead to your account being suspended.
• Prices are set by each vet. Payment is made at the clinic, unless the service asks for online payment.

Strays

Stray slots are offered by vets and can only be booked by verified caretakers.

Liability

We do our best to keep the platform working properly, but we are not responsible for cancellations or changes made by the vet, or for the quality of veterinary services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of [CITY] have jurisdiction. In case of discrepancy, the Greek version prevails.
